imprisoned in the HOWARD R. YOUNG CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION addlwho
is a defendant in the above-entitled cause, in which cause thdgsaid
ANDRES VALLEJO — MARTINEZ was charged with ILLEGAL REENTRY EITER
DEPORTATION in violation of 8 U.S.C. SECTION l326(B)(2) for an
INITIAL APPEARANCE ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 2006 AT 1:00 PM and for
any other proceedings subsequent thereto , and to remain in the
custody of the United States Marshal until the conclusion of the
federal proceeding
