and reside in the State of New York.
On the 22"d day of November 2006, at approximately 2:58 p.m. at 1114 Avenue
of the America, New York, New York, I served a true copy of the SUBPOENA IN A
CIVIL CASE, in the above entitled-action, upon BAKER MCKENZIE LLP, by
personally delivering to and leaving thereat a true copy of the above mentioned document
with Junior Gordon. At time of service, Mr. Gordon identified himself as the Mailroom
Supervisor for Baker McKenzie LLP and as a person authorized to accept service of
process for Baker McKenzie LLP.
