` RE: BILLY ROY TYLER ’ - ‘ ‘
DATE: FEBRUARY 12, ZOQ4 n .
. l
Pursuant to our telephone conversation, this is my written request-on behalf
L of Mr. Ryler that` you give serious consideration to restoring, good. time which
was taken from him under circumstances that are problematic, at best. L
As you know, he is "out" on a writ of habeas corpus. `
Regardless. of the dispute over whether habeas was if the 1,485
days determined by .the Johnson County District Court to have bgon improperly
forfeited, are restored, Mr. 'I‘yler's sentence, per LB B16 has expired; and he is
entitled to be disclfarqed.
The days were improperly forfeited because persons other than you or the war-
den approved the forfeitures.
D Having set forth the crux ofl the case, herein, I am available for further L-
discursstion when you return to tl’:·t&‘ ’·
