PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendants and Counterclaim-Plaintiffs Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. ("Teva
USA") and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. ("Teva Ltd."), by their counsel, have served the
accompanying subpoena for the production of documents on AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP
("AstraZcneca").
The subpoena commands AstraZeneca to produce documents and things, pursuant to Fed.
R. Civ. P. 45, concerning the categories identified in Schedule A attached to the subpoena. The
document production will take place on January 5, 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of Sutherland
Asbill & Brennan LLP, I275 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20004—24l5 or at
