The above noted offender appeared before the Miriam Goldman Cedqrbaum, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, on May 27, 1947, to be sentenced on single counts of possession with intent to distribute "crack" cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine subsequent to the defendant entering guilty pleas to both counts. The defendant was sentenced to a 121-month term of imprisonment to be followed by a five-year term of supervised release.
