continuance of the hearing until August 18, 2006, and the Court having considered the
request finds that the ends ofjustice served by granting the requested continuance
outweigh the interest of the public and the Defendant to a speedy trial,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this 25"‘ day of July, 2006, that:
1. Defendant's revocation hearing is continued until August 18, 2006 at
11:00 a.m., in Courtroom No. 6A on the 6th Floor, Boggs Federal Building, Wilmington.
2. The time between the date of this Order and the continued date shall be
excludable under the Speedy Trial Act (18 U.S.C. §3161 Q sg;). __
