In anticipation of the discovery teleconference scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2007,
at 9:15 A.M. at the request of Lyndol W. Hollingsworth, Charles Mirmick and New Millenium
Tools, Inc. (collectively referred to as the "NMT Dcfendants"), the parties to the above action
submit this joint agenda letter.
