TO EXCLUDE PLAINTIFF’S PROPOSED EXPERT WITNESSES
Defendants Lyndol W. Hollingsworth, Charles Minnick and New Millennium Tools, Inc.
(collectively referred to as the "NMT Defendants”) respectfully move the Court for an order
excluding the proposed testimony of plaintiff s expert witnesses, as well as any unqualified lay
opinion by David Masilotti. The grounds for this motion are set forth in the NMT Defendants’
Memorandum of Points and Authorities, which is being filed concurrently herewith.
