Plaintiffs Celgene Corporation, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and Novartis
Pharma AG (collectively "Plaintift`s") move this Court, in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 to
dismiss this case without prejudice. Plaintift`s’ motion is based on the accompanying Opening
Brief in Support of Plaintiffs Motion For A Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice, and upon
