PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) and Rule 26 of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure and the applicable local rules, Plaintiff ProMOS Technologies, Inc.,
will take the deposition of Freescale employee Van Shahan on April 30, 2008 commencing at
9:00 AM and continuing through completion. The deposition will proceed at the offices of
Fulbright & J aworski, 600 Congress Avenue, Suite 2400, Austin, Texas 78701. The deposition
will be recorded stenographically and by videotape.
