in so granting, the Court authorised service ofthe process upon the defendants
while my appeal of Judge Robinsons disposition ofthe present case is pending.
Please recall that l provided the Court with extra copies ofthe Greek and French E
translations demanded by the Courts order of April 16, 2007, which were attached to my
Ex Parte Motion Pursuant To Order of April 16, 2007, which motion was filed on or about
July 6, 2007. -l had specifically requested that one copy of each of those documents be
returned to me with indication that they had been filed inthe present case, and kindly
request thatyou now proceed to do so.
I also request that you inform me at this time as to the status of service of my
Complaint upon each ofthe defendants through the Office ofthe United States Marshal,
pursuantto the Court's April 16 and November 7, 2007 orders.
Because regular mail from you may take over a month to arrive at my home, I
permit you to provide the aforesaid items to me at the U.S. fax number specified above in
lieu of post.
