Plaintiff Kenexa Technology, Inc. (“Plaintiff") and Defendant BlueLir1x
Corporation ("Defendant"), by their respective counsel, hereby agree and stipulate,
subject to the approval of the Court, that the time for Defendant to respond to Plaintiffs
Motion to Amend (Di. 8) is extended through and including May 9, 2007.
This extension is sought to allow the parties additional time to confer
regarding Plaintiff s Motion to Amend, as directed by the Court during the April 19, 2007
conference in this matter.
