MOTION FOR ORDER TO ISSUE WARRANT FOR ARREST
l Plaintiffs have moved pursuant to Supplemental Rule C for this Court to issue a Warrant
_ for the arrest of the Defendant vessel as identified in the caption (hereinafter "vessel”’).
_ The Motion is based on the Verified Complaint filed herewith, in which Plaintiffs allege
that the defendants damaged and/or lost Plaintiffs’ cargo which they agreed to carry from the ` I
