` I, WILLIAM B. HUDSON, being duly sworn according to law, depose and sta that the
information contained herein is based on my own personal knowledge and is true and co ect:
1. I-am Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter and I am currently emplo ed as a
I - Crew Leader for Mountaipe.
2. I testified by deposition on June I7, 2008 regarding my job responsibiI“ 'es as a
Crew Leader. l
I 3. In my testimony, I advised that I was aware of several crew members 0 were
tenninated by Mountaire apparently because of their illegal nmnigration status. n
4. Over the last week, I have worked with independent crews that haye rece ly been
hired to replace the crews oi? Crew Leaders Sampson and Weston. I have noted that s eral of I
the crew members consist of _ chicken catchers who were previously terminated by M untaire
because of their immigration status.
