IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned
attorneys for the respective parties, and subject to approval of the Court, that:
(1) On or before Jime 4, 2007, Plaintiff Renesas Technology Corp. ("RTC")
will tile and serve its opposition to Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and
Samsung Electronics America, Inc.’s ("Samsung") Motion to Consolidate and Stay;
(2) Samsung will file and serve its Reply in Support of its Motion to
Consolidate and Stay in accordance with the rules of this Court;
(3) Samsung’s Motion to Consolidate and Stay is hereby re-noticed for
hearing on July 13, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.
