STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
WHEREAS, plaintiff, Sandata Technologies, Inc. and defendant First Data Government
Solutions, Inc., as indicated by the signature of counsel appearing below, have agreed to the
dismissal of First Data Government Solutions, Inc. from this action pursuant to Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 4l and subject to the terms of this Order and a coniidential settlement
agreement, dated Iuly 17, 2007,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered as follows:
I. The claims by Sandata Technologies, Inc. against First Data Government
Solutions, Inc. are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
2. Each party shall bear its ovm costs and attorneys fees attributable to the
prosecution and defense ofthe claims as between Sandata Technologies and First Data
Government Solutions, Inc.
