PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that plaintiff, by its counsel, will take the deposition of Alcatel USA Marketing Inc. on January 17, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., in the offices of Fish & Richardson P.C., 919 N. Market Street, Suite 1100, Wilmington, DE 19801. The deposition will continue from day to day, if necessary, until completed, and will be taken before a Certified Shorthand Reporter or other officer authorized to administer oaths and take depositions. All deposition testimony will be recorded by stenographic, audio, and/or audiovisual means. You are invited to attend and examine the witness.
