Dear Judge Sleet:
Last Tuesday, November 20, 2007, during a teleconference with counsel for both sides,
the Court ordered the extension of fact discovery in this matter to December 17, 2007. In
addition, the Court instructed the parties to meet and confer regarding other minor adjustments to
the schedule in light of this extension. The Stipulation and Proposed Order filed herewith
includes the extension of fact discovery to December 17th as well as short extensions of some
subsequent deadlines, subject to the Court’s approval.
