Amend Scheduling Order that I am submitting for the Court’s approval. l
The parties are requesting additional time to prepare and submit the Joint Proposed
Pretrial Order. The current deadline for the pretrial order is August ll, 2008 The parties would
like to change this deadline to August 22, 2008. The pretrial conference is scheduled for [
September 3, 2008, which remains unaffected by the attached stipulation. Counsel for all parties
have approved this stipulation. Q
