PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendant Thermage, Inc. ("Thermage"), through its counsel, will take the deposition of Alma Lasers, Ltd., and Alma Lasers, Inc. ("Alma") at the offices of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP, The Brandywine Building, 1000 West Street, 17th Floor, Wilmington, Delaware 19899-0391 beginning at 9:00 a.m. on February 18, 2008, or at such other place, date, and time as is mutually agreed upon. The deposition will continue from day to day until completed. Some or all of the deposition testimony may be recorded by stenographic, audio, audiovisual, video, and/or real-time computer means. Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Alma is obligated to designate one or more officers, directors, or managing agents or other persons who consent to testify on its behalf concerning the matters set forth in the following topics.
