PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO FILE A BRIEF IN EXCESS PAGINATION
. Plaintifi Jeffrey D. Hill, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby moves this Court
for leave to file a brief in excess pagination. Local Rule 7.1.(4) limits answering briefs to 40 U
pages. The Hon. Gregory M. S-leet’s "New Rule Regarding Page Limits on Brieting" limits
answering briefs to 20 pages. In this case, Plaintiffs Answering Brief in Opposition of
Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment is fact intensive and requires those facts to be
_ presented to the Court in the body of the brietQ thus requiring additional length.
Accordingly, Plaintiff requests leave of the Court to Ele its Answering Brief in ‘
