Systems, Inc. hereby respeethtlly request oral argument on Plaintiffs motion to enjoin Defendant
Cordis hom prosecuting latentilecl parallel litigation in New Jersey (DI No. 7) and Plaintiffs
motion and supplemental motion for leave to tile a supplemental complaint (Dil. Nos. l0 and
I5). The inrieting on these motions was completed on June 22, 2007, when Plaintiffs tiled a
combined reply briefi (D.l. No. 17,)
Plaintiffs also respectfully suggest that oral argument on these motions be heard at the
same time as oral argument on paraliel motions filed by Plaintiffs in a related ease (CA, No, 06-
613-·SLR, DI, Nos. 43, 47, 5l and 57) and Defendants motion to dismiss for lack of subject
matter jurisdiction in that related case (CA, No. 06-61 3—SLR, Dil, No. 14),
