Plaintiffs Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc., and
Ethypharm, S.A. (collectively "Plaintiffs”), and Defendants Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. and
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (collectively "Defendants”), stipulate and agree that the
deadline for Defendants to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the complaint filed on May 25,
2007, has been extended by one week, to and including June 21, 2007.
