IT IS ORDERED that counsel is to advise by letter on or before
Wednesday, September 5, 2007 whether the parties are consenting to the jurisdiction
ofthe magistrate judge for all litigation purposes, including for mediation. In light ofthe
parties’ decision, the purposed scheduling order filed by the parties will be issued with
modifications.
Local counsel are reminded of their obligations to inform out—of—state
counsel of this Order. To avoid the imposition of sanctions, counsel shall advise the
Court immediately of any problems regarding compliance with this Order.
