Defendant SpecificMedia, Inc., ("SpecificMedia" or "Defendant"), hereby files its Answer to the Complaint For Interpleader filed by Plaintiff Spirit Airlines, Inc. ("Spirit" or "Plaintiff") and in response states as follows: ANSWER SpecificMedia denies each and every allegation not specifically admitted herein and answers each numbered paragraph of the Complaint as follows:

interpleader under Rule 22 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and for statutory interpleader under the Federal Interpleader Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1335. 24. Defendant admits that Plaintiff purports to have brought an action in

which the amount in dispute exceeds the sum of $500.00, but otherwise lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of the allegations set forth in Paragraph 24 of the Complaint and, therefore, denies the remaining allegations of Paragraph 24.
