REMAINING BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR PENDING
CROSS-MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Plaintiffs Coleman DuPont Homsey and Ellen Homsey (the "Homseys") (on the one -
hand) and defendant Vigilant Insurance Company ("Vigilant") (on the other) hereby stipulate and
agree that the remaining briefing schedule for the parties' pending cross-motions for summary
judgment (D.I. 35 and ,3 8) shall be as follows:
1. The Homseys' consolidated answering and reply brief (being an answering brief to
Vigilant's motion and a reply on their own motion) shall be tiled by January 14, 2008.
2. Vigilanfs reply brief in support of its motion shall be filed by January 28, 2008.
