Your Petitioner, the United States of America, by its attorneys, Colm Connolly, United
States Attorney for the District of Delaware, and Ilana H. Eisenstein, Assistant United States
Attorney for the District of Delaware, respectfully states: ~
l. On June 5, 2007, the defendant, Clarence Lewis, was indicted for being un A
unregistered sex offender, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2250.
2. Clarence Lewis (d.o.b. 08/15/1979) is currently a detainee on various State
A offenses. The defendant is detained at the Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown A
Delaware.
3. The defendant has not had an initial appearance in the District Court for the
District of Delaware. His initial appearance is scheduled for Thursday, August 2, 2007, at 1:00
