This ‘°StipuIation of Dismissai” is entered into by and among Plaintiff Edward P. Bond, 2
as Trustee of the DMX Creditors Liquidating Trust ("Plain¥iff”) and Defendant Paramount
Pictures Corporation (“DCf`-BHCGHY7), pursuant to that “SettIement and General Release
Agreement" between Plaintiff and Defendant (the "Settlement Agreement").
As permitted under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure ?04i and Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure ¤i§(s)(l), the parties to this Stipulatiorr of Dismissal hereby stipulate and agree
that, immediately upon filing ofihis Stipulariori of Dismissal, the eboveazaptioned civil case will
