This matter is before the court on Plaintiff's Defendant's Motion to Enter Default Judgment. The Court has reviewed the Certificate of Service and the Military Service Declaration and is fully informed. Pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, the Court finds and orders that: (1) The moving party does not know the defaulting party's military service status. The clerk shall enter the default, and the moving party: does not need to file a bond; OR must file a bond in the amount of $_________________.
