STIPULATION AND ORDER
It is hereby stipulated by the parties, subject to the approval of the Court, that the
time for the Comcast, Coxcom, Charter, Time Warner and Cablevision parties (the "MSOs") to
respond to Rembrandt’s February 27, 2008 counterclaims against them (D.I. 95-98 and 100) is
extended until April 23, 2008. The reason for this extension is that the parties are discussing a
possible transfer from Texas to Delaware of certain actions, or amendment of plaintiffs’
counterclaims, which would affect the status of the pleadings and the claims to which the MSOs
will have to respond.
