("Rembrandt") moves the Court for an extension of time to respond to Defendant CoxCom, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, Personal Jurisdiction, or in the Alternative, Transfer, and Brief in Support Thereof ("Motion to Dismiss"). Rembrandt seeks an extension of its response date from Monday, February 12, 2007 to Friday, February 23, 2007. Rembrandt represents that Defendant CoxCom does not oppose the extension Rembrandt seeks. The Court finds that the extension will not delay the case. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that the date for Plaintiff Rembrandt Technologies, LP to respond to the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant CoxCom, Inc. is moved from February 12, 2007 to February 23, 2007.
