1. Transfer Intellectual Property. Seller agrees to sells, assign, and transfer to Buyer, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the above referenced domain, in addition to all trademark rights, and all internet traffic to the domain.

2. Seller’s Warranties and Representations. Seller represents that he/she is the lawful owner of the above referenced website and shall sell, transfer, convey and deliver to Buyer, good and marketable title, free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances and claims.

3. Sale Costs and payment.   Seller agrees to sell the above mentioned website to buyer for the amount of $_______.  Buyer shall deliver payment to Seller in the form of _______.
