These Assignment of Inventions to Employer are used when an employee agrees to assign an invention discovered on the job to his or her employer. This assignment contains a full and complete description of the discovered invention and must be signed by both the inventor and the employer.

WHEREAS, Inventor is the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the below referenced invented work _________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS, Assignee desires to acquire all right, title and interests in and to the above referenced invented work.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as set forth below.
Inventor hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to Employer any and all right, title, interests in and to the invented work.
Inventor hereby waive any and all rights to certain any demand, claim or action in regards to any right, title or interest hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this document as of the date first above written.
