Free Indemnity Agreement
This Indemnity Agreement allows one party to protect another against future claims or actions arising from a certain incident. If a claim is asserted, the indemnitee agrees to provide the indemnifying party with reasonable written notice. The indemnifying party will then defend the claim at its own expense.

Indemnity Agreement
This Indemnity Agreement dated this __________________ day of __________________________, 20______ between __________________________ of _________________________________________ (the “Indemnifying Party”) and ___________________ of _____________________________________________ (the “Indemnitee”).
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Indemnifying Party hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitee and its successors and assigns from and against any claim, demand, action, liability, loss, costs, charges, damage or suit arising in connection with:

If any claim is asserted, the Indemnitee shall provide the Indemnifying Party with reasonable written notice. Upon receipt of such notice, the Indemnifying Party shall at its own expense defend, protect and save harmless the Indemnitee against said claim or any loss or liability resulting therefrom.
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal agents and representatives.
