This agreement sets forth the definition of confidential information and the recipient agrees to hold this information in strict confidence. This agreement also contains provisions regarding the use and return of confidential information and the term of this agreement. This Business Plan Confidentiality Agreement must be signed by the company and the recipient.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is between a disclosing party and a receiving party who agrees to hold any confidential information in strict confidence. The agreement sets forth the definition of “confidential information” and how it can be used by receiving party.
