1. Attach hereto copies of all letters, correspondence, communications and documents between the Municipality or the Assessor's Office and/or the County Tax Board relating to the grant or denial of exemption from real estate taxation for the subject property. 2. Attach hereto copies of all letters, correspondence, communications and documents between the Municipality or the Assessor's Office and/or the New Jersey Division of Taxation relating to the grant or denial of exemption from real estate taxation for the subject property. 3. In regard to Questions 1 and 2, if any such communications were oral, set forth the identity of the parties to each communication, the date of each communication, and the substance of each communication. 4. Describe in detail each and every record or document which was kept or maintained or prepared by the Assessor or anyone working for or on behalf of the Assessor in connection with the grant or denial of exemption from real estate taxation for the subject property for each of the year or years which are the subject of this appeal. 5. With respect to each document described in answer to the preceding question, state the present location of the document; and the name, employer and job title or position of the person presently having custody thereof. 6. Attach hereto a copy of each document described in answers to the preceding two questions. 7. If you contend that the subject property is not exempt from real estate taxation under New Jersey law, set forth the facts upon which you rely in support of this contention. 8. Set forth all facts upon which you rely in support of the grant of exemption from real estate for the subject property in the tax year. 9. If you contend that there has been a change in use for the subject property for the set forth all facts upon which you rely in support of this contention.
