On May 21, 2008, Plaintiffs Channel, Wharry, Hanson, and Nichols filed a motion for an order to show cause asking the Court to issue civil arrest warrants for a debtors' exam for Defendants Molly and Carl Brown. See Docket No. 224.

On June 19, 2008, these same Plaintiffs noticed and subpoenaed a debtors' examination for Carl and Molly Brown for July 7, 2008. See Docket No. 229 & Docket No. 230.

Accordingly, the motion at Docket No. 224 is denied without prejudice. Should Defendants Molly and Carl Brown

fail to appear for the debtors' examination scheduled for July 7, 2008, Plaintiffs may re-file their motion seeking the civil arrest of these Defendants.

Additionally, IT IS ORDERED that Mr. Dennis Hall, previously counsel for Defendants Molly and Carl Brown, shall file with the Court the last known address of his clients Molly and Carl Brown so the civil docket in this matter may reflect the location of these parties.
