On May 18, 2007, Adam Lang and David Rauch, attorneys 16 with Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., were appointed as counsel pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(1). 17 Not until June 7, 2007, was Plaintiff's new counsel able to obtain a copy of the District 18 Court file and they need time to get up to speed.
