3. I own a house worth approximately $250,00000, along with various

23 furniture and personal property in that house.
24 4. I own a 2000 Dodge Intrepid. `

1 5. I have a savings account of approximately $4,000.00 and a checking
2 account with approximately $3,000.00.

6. I have a 401(K) valued at approximately $30,000.00-35,000.00 but own no

other stocks, bonds or other investments.
6 7. I receive child support of $450.00 per month for my 15 year old daughter.
7 8. I have a first mortgage of approximately $110,750.00 on my house.
8 9. I have a second mortgage of approximately $51,000.00 on my house.
9 10. I owe The Roomstore approximately $2,350.00 and have a Mastercard bill
