Final judgment having been entered, Defendants filed a Bill of Costs on October 11, 2005, seeking the taxation of $7,153.10. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows: 1. Court Reporters Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $7,153.10 claimed, only $6,583.25 is allowed. (No Attendance Fee, Min-U-Script, Word Index, ASCII or Condensed allowed.)
