We have learned that you are a part of Aztec Medical. According to the answering machine that picks up at the telephone number listed for Aztec Medical, you are an employee of that company. We have been told that you are actually the CEO of the company. Furthermore, the documents that have been filed with the State of Florida show that you arej indeed, a member of the company. We had previously asked you and your partner, Mr. Piscitelli, as to whether dollars were being funneled into Mexico. Lo and behold, despite your firm's protestatio to the contrary, those funds have been so redirected. We believe thie to be a fraudulent cony yance and we will be prosecuting such a claim against you and your firm... We have bey told that funds from CLS, et at, have been used to finance Aztec Medical. If this is inaccurate, I would ask that you to p lease advise me immediately. I am enclosing for your review a copy of the Complaint, which we anticipate fi ling against you. We will do this immediately unless we hear from you by Wednesday, March 5th at 5:00 pm (Arizona time). We shall be amending all the complaints to add you and your firm as defendants. Needless to say, I am enemel-y discouraged by this turn of events.
