STIPULATION RE CONTINUING HEARING DATE ON MOTION TO DISMISS AND MOTION TO STRIKE WHEREAS the hearing on this motion was originally set for hearing on September 13, 2007; WHEREAS Plaintiffs cannot attend a hearing on September 13 or 20 because they will be observing religious holidays throughout that period, and cannot attend a hearing on September 27 due to a hearing in another litigation; WHEREAS lead counsel for Defendants is unavailable on October 4 due to a previously scheduled arbitration, and also is unavailable on October 11 due to a previously scheduled hearing in another litigation; WHEREAS an October 18, 2007 hearing date would provide lead counsel for Defendants with insufficient time to prepare a reply brief, because of the conflicts in his schedule; THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE AS FOLLOWS: 1.
