1. The lessor/landlord of the residential rental housing in which I /we reside obtained a Judgment of Eviction against my/our residence prior to the date I/we filed this bankruptcy case. 2. Under non-bankruptcy law applicable in Vermont and given the specific circumstances of our situation, I/we am/are entitled to cure the entire monetary default that gave rise to lessor/landlord's Judgment of Eviction. 3. The amount of rent that will become due to the lessor/landlord for the residential housing in which I/we reside (the property that is subject to the Judgment of Eviction referred to in paragraph 1 above) in the 30-day period after the filing of this bankruptcy petition is $ . 4. I/we (choose one) have deposited with have mailed today to will hand-deliver within three (3) days of filing my/our bankruptcy petition to the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court a certified check, attorney trust account check, or money order in the amount that will become due for rent during the 30-day period after the filing of this bankruptcy case. 5.
