Travel days: When an interpreter is required to travel to a court location on a day PRIOR to a court proceeding, the court will pay a travel time fee equal to the applicable half-day rate for every four hour period, or fraction thereof, in travel. The same applies for travel on the day AFTER completion of a court proceeding. Per Diem pays lodging and meals. Hotel bill MUST be attached to this invoice. Airline ticket MUST be attached to this invoice.

Miscellaneous expenses include: toll charges, lodging tax, taxi plus tip, parking, tips for baggage handling.
